Collection Information

Can you collect a hot tub? Contact us to arrange collection.

Collection access is very, very good and we can help assist in loading the hot tub on your vehicle, providing you have a sufficient vehicle or trailer to take the size and weight of the hot tub, you can get your vehicle next to the hot tub on hard standing ground. We may even offer a discount against the cost of the hot tub so it makes it worth you collecting?

Payment and Deposit

A £250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure this pre-owned hot tub.

We will secure your hot tub up to 2 weeks from when the deposit is paid, we will require payment in full upon delivery. If you would like us to hold the tub for longer than two weeks then payment in full will be required.

Warranty Information

We like to include all our pre-owned tubs with a piece of mind warranty, let’s be honest, we understand you might worried that if your purchasing a used hot tub and it might break because its slightly older or your tossing between new tub with full warranty and a pre-owned one because of budget and that a pre owmned one might not last as long? That is not the case!

3 Months Parts & Labour Warranty

We give a 3 months parts and labour warranty as outlined here (covering you for main parts).

We can make a bespoke warranty if you’re worried and would like longer cover, but we will always try our best to make sure every tub has been checked for any potential problems and fixed if needed before they get delivered to site so 3 months cover is plenty to give you peace of mind that the tubs in a good working condition.

What’s is covered?

We cover the “main components”:

Limited Parts Warranty
To cover a value of £250.00 if required by the below terms, the length of term covering 3 Months from the delivery date.

Control PCB Main Board
The Control PCB main Board is covered.
Bad/Burning of a connection to the main connector block of the board is NOT covered.
Only an inoperative unit is covered.
PCB will be covered up to a value of £250.00 not per item but as a total bill.

Jet pump(s)
Jet pump(s) & circulation pump only.
Only an inoperative unit is covered - i.e. no power / does not turn.
Pump will be covered up to a value of £250.00 not per item but as a total bill.

Diagnosis of Fault and Labour Cover
Diagnosis MUST be carried out by a competent hot tub engineer, we will require a full report of fault and parts being sent back to us before we release funds to cover warranty or we can Include 2x site visits inclusive of up to 4 hr labour (travel time is deductible from labour time starting from and too MK19 6EA). Any labour or parts, outside the above warranty will be chargeable at the current rate of work required. The hot tub must be located in the same position as where delivered.
