A call out to look at a hot tub leak would be at our discretion to attend, we can inspect the pumps and heaters and look for any visible issues if required, this can be one of the main issues with leaks due to worn seals but please be aware that identifying a leak in your hot tub can be a time-consuming and challenging process. Call Out includes up to 1hr on site to diagnose fault. £110
If you have verified on Google Maps that you are located outside our 15-mile radius, we will have to charge you an additional fee of £2.00 per mile for any distance exceeding the included free 15 miles from the call out location - As an example, if you are located 17 miles away from the call out location, you will incur an extra charge of 2x £2.00 on top of the Call Out fee. This also includes the cost of our travel there and back, which amounts to £1.00 per mile.
Our aim is to diagnose your fault within 1hr of attending your hot tub, this sometimes can take more time depending of the nature of where the hot tub is situated or the condition of the hot tub, the fault and also the access to the hot tub.

Payment - Please be advised that all call outs and repair work must be paid for using card payment on the day. If the parts are not available and need to be ordered, full payment will be required before we can proceed with scheduling another visit to fit the parts.
If a separate quote and invoice is required, we will send them to you promptly for your convenience.
