Your Hot Tub needs to be filled, turned on and heated to 40c with a very good dose of sanitising chemical (chlorine / bromine) on arrival for us to carry out a full service. If your hot tub is not working then you might need a repair first, see our repair call out prices.
Whats Included?
- We will deep clean the hot tub cover and treat with a UV resistant cover cleaner.
- We will deep clean the outer hot tub panels and treat with a hot tub polish.
- If you have a cover lifter we will clean and check bolts to make sure all is secure.
- We will run a system cleaner through the hot tub that is designed for removing bio film.
- We will run a high dose of shock through the tub once system cleaner has been passed through.
- We will drain your hot tub and check jets where possible, and disposed of dirty water.
- We will clean the hot tub and dispose of any bacteria deposits that look like they might have built up on the hot tub.
- We will inspect the hot tub acrylic shell for any signs of wear treat with polish and mark remover.
- We will part refilled the hot tub to blast through any existing cleaners in the pipe work and remove.
- We will then leave the hot tub filling with fresh water and re dose as discussed with client.
- We will be happy to spend time discussing correct operation of the hot tub and a guide on chemicals where we can.

Hot Tub Clean and Valet
We offer this service If your Hot Tub is in working order but needs a good clean but you do not require a full service or If you don't have the time to clean your Hot Tub, perhaps you are having a party or you have had a party and you would like your Hot Tub all fresh and clean. See what we offer below.

Hot Tub Servicing for Hot Tubs that are not maintained / have stagnant water x 2 Visits
If your hot tub has not been used and has green sludge or not been turned on for long periods of time then you will require two visits to ensure that it is cleaned correctly and that we can try to kill as much bacteria as possible.
The first visit would be to clean the hot tub and remove as much dirt build up as possible and do a basic inspection of the pumps - the hot tub would require to be empty on arrival - we will then clean the hot tub and cover we would then leave the hot tub to fill and offer chemical advice we will leave the correct chemicals to treat the tub for 3-4 days then return to complete a full service.
On the first service we will check the minimum operation to see if the pumps work correctly, please note we cannot test heating of the tub or test for leaks, if after the first fill of the tub it does not operate correctly or has a leak then you will require an engineer to visit this will be charged at the current rate of repair work for a call out and parts required.
Once the tub is working correctly we can return to complete the second service, dose with bio film cleaner and shock and re clean hot tub, we will leave filling for you, operation and chemical training can be given if required.

What's Included?
- We will run a system cleaner through the hot tub that is designed for removing bio film.
- We will run a high dose of shock through the tub once system cleaner has been passed through.
- We will drain your hot tub and disposed of dirty water.
- We will part refilled the hot tub to blast through any existing cleaners in the pipe work and remove.
- We will the remove unions and seals from pumps and heaters, grease shafts, (what is accessible) then drain the pipes
- We will then advise on how to check the tub whilst not in use and book a date to return to re-commission.
Recommissioning
We will return to site as per the agreed date to test pumps and make sure there is no seizures on the jet pumps and circulation pump and reconnect the unions and seals and instruct on how to refill the hot tub – (note we cannot be liable for pumps seizing as we recommend hot tubs should be left on and in use all year round we do not personally recommend winterising, but reducing the temperature to the lowest setting and leaving on or leaving the hot tub on in sleep mode).
